Why Heat Pumps?

Unlike furnaces that burn fossil fuels to generate heat, heat pumps heat AND cool for energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly temperature control. They replace separate air conditioning units to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and energy bills for a comfortable temperature all year around.

Electrify Your Life

Almost half of our carbon emissions comes from our homes and vehicles, which is why transitioning our homes from dirty fossil fuels to clean, electric and solar energy is underway. We’re your local guides to energy-efficient home upgrades.

Heat pumps replace your furnace and air conditioning with an all-in-one heating and cooling system. They move heat, instead of making it, to heat or cool a space up to two or three times more efficiently that traditional units.

The latest heat pumps warm the water your family needs year round and up to six times more efficiently than standard tanks. They also operate in temperatures as low as -17 degrees Fahrenheit making them perfect for mountain regions.

And starting in January 2023, you can receive a 30% tax credit for heat pumps capped at $2,000 per year. The credit resets each tax year, becoming available again for additional projects. You can also receive a 30% tax credit up to $600 for an electrical panel upgrade if it’s upgraded with a heat pump.
